Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unworn or unused

• With all original tags

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at tfartgallery786@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale items or gift cards

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must meet the same return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
