Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

• Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, sales, or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

• International shipping charges and any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery; however, shipping delays may occur due to:

• Carrier issues

• Customs inspections

• Weather conditions

• Peak shopping seasons or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.

• If your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, contact us immediately at tfartgallery786@gmail.com with your order number and details.

• We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
